Due to space limitations the DIWF exhibit space is offered on a first come basis. All reservations require a full payment by credit card or wire transfer.
Exhibitor Acceptance Policy:
All exhibitors must be approved in advance by the editors of Wine Country
International magazine. Since this is an International festival, we allocate wine tables based on Country, State & AVA. For example, there are a maximum of 20 tables allocated to California Wine.
Companies interested in exhibiting should email info@denverwinefest.com with a request and information about the products that will be showcased. Upon acceptance by management, we will email our registration forms.
Dates are subject to change without written notice.In the event that an exhibitor is unable to participate, deposits and payments are non-refundable. In most cases we will allow the exhibitor to exhibit the following year for a nominal fee.
